It is a matter of great proud to us that we have adopted fair and transparent mechanism to recruit the best and well qualified teachers across the country. We have recruited teachers formHimachal Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh Stateand everybody feel very happy in learning the spoken Hindi communication skills and cross culture characteristics from them. The institute has also implemented the reservation policy of the Govt. very strictly. Near around 70% of the staff have been recruited from the disadvantaged categories (SC,ST,OBC) including one Divyang teacher.

The apex bodies have also appreciated the efforts and practices of the institute for the promotion of quality culture in academic and non academic sector. In the year 2013, the affiliating university has honoured the institute with the ‘Best College Award’ for its remarkable achievements in curricular and extracurricular activities. Every year, the students of the institute are baggingGoldMedalsand occupying top ranks in the merit list of the affiliating university. Similarly, alumni are alsopursuingresearch degrees, qualifying the NET/SET /competitive examsand have been placed on top positions in private and public sectors.

Step by step, it has obtained status of permanent affiliation in the year 2015 from the affiliating university and the very next year Viz. 2016, it has become eligible for the Central Assistance from the UGC, New Delhi , as it included the list prepared under section 2(f) and 12 (B) of the UGC Act, 1956. The institute is vigorously looking towards the UGC’s infrastructure development schemes, as no advertisement and proposals are invited by the UGC, New Delhi since 2016.
