The aim of the institution is to promote the facilities, and give ST/SC/OBC candidates a better chance to succeed in competitive examinations. The institution has established a separate center i.e. ‘Competitive Exam, Career counseling and Placement Centre’ to train and counsel the students to face the competitive exams, job interviews and also to motivate them towards further education.
The rural area students coming from deprived section and disadvantaged environment finds it very hard to compete with those coming from rich socio- economic and urban background. The poor communication skill, shyness, less IT advancement, introvert behavior and poor standard of living are some major reasons behind this backwardness among the tribal students.
